You will be responsible for supporting the Information Systems infrastructure by way of helpdesk and or special projects.Willson International is dedicated to our people.

If you have a passion for terrific customer service, work life balance and love to work in a team environment this could be the opportunity for you We are looking for an energetic, motivated and customer-focused individual.Help Desk Analyst Mississauga, OntarioCONTRACT ends January 2022.Please note that due to COVID-19 this will be a work from home environmentYou will work alongside other IT team members and will be expected to perform the following; Client Support:Provide hands-on, telephone, and Email support to internal and external clients.PC/Server/Peripherals: build, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware/software related issues.Troubleshoot, research, and resolve technical issues related to LAN, WAN, Cloud, internet connectivity, and mobile devices.Install and maintain Office equipment/systems such as multi function devices (MFD), etc.Perform a variety of network problem analysis and respond appropriately to user requests and escalate to technical team lead, development team, or external service providers when applicable.Use ticketing system to record, track, and follow up on support requests and provide adequate documentation on the problem-solving process.Website/Portal:Administration, Update and MaintenanceProvide after-hours on-call support on a rotational basis.

You possess a College and or University Degree preferably in Computer Science coupled with 2-3 years of experience providing user support (troubleshooting, configuring, installing, tracking and resolving issues).

Specific skills required are: Network Administration, Windows Server 2012,2016, 2019 Active Directory, Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS SQL, WordPress administration and editing basic script writing/ HTML.

Knowledge of VMware administration, VOIP phones administration, computer security, Anti-malware and Anti-virus software, networking concepts of TCP/IP DNS, DHCP and Firewalls, VPN, and network switches is preferred.
