THE ROLE
Under the supervision of the Corporate Services Coordinator, they organize incoming and outgoing merchandise for the Organization, Headquarters (HQ) and maintain logs. They sort and ship amenities and material to deployed operations missions, Canadian Forces Support Unit Europe, Canadian Forces Attaché, Canadian Forces Air Attaché and Military Security Guard Unit personnel. They assist in the pickup and deliveries of donated items. They liaise with suppliers and customers to correct discrepancies and prepares outgoing shipments. They maintain computerized records of end users, shipments dispatched and materials received.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
High School diploma AND some years of experience in a related field
Experience
In mailing systems

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English or French Essential, Bilingual an asset
