We are currently seeking talented professionals with strong attention to details and display empathy and patience to join our growing team of Customer Care Representatives.

Working in the contact center environment, Customer Care Representative upholds three key pillars of Customer Care: world-class customer service, retentions, and risk mitigation.

Agents take inbound interactions by phone, chat and e-mail and focus on offering the best possible experience to our customers.

You will be joining a fun and dynamic call center committed to hiring and retaining the best talents.

We are focused on continuous training and development and we strive on building up for career advancements.

What you’ll be doing:
– Responding to calls, chats and emails to service customers and fulfill requests such as renewals and cancellations
– Handling multiple simultaneous interactions to ensure all customers are responded to within established targets
– Explaining options to cardholders to amicably resolve billing inquiries
– Refunding responsibly to prevent chargebacks and mitigate risk Working hours:
– Flexible start time (based on business needs) from 1pm to 4pm
– Full time
– 8-hour shifts
– Must be available on weekends Must haves:
– Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient with computers and web browsers; capable of multi-tasking across multiple systems
– Ability to identify and solve problems independently
– Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong communication soft skills
– Self-motivated and autonomous Nice-to-haves:
– Previous call center experience
– Conversational French, Spanish or German
