Bilingual Customer Care Representative 18 MTH ContractAs the Customer Care Representative, you will act as the point of contact for issues and concerns related to customer account information, equipment operation, invoicing, leasing, logistics, sales, and more.

You will report to the Customer Relations Supervisor, and work in an environment where your objective is to maintain ongoing positive customer relations to ensure clients receive excellent service and timely resolutions.What You’ll be Doing:Respond to inbound calls and emails related to client inquiries, issues and concerns pertaining to any BSS/BICG product or service in a courteous and timely fashionEnsure issues are thoroughly investigated and determine appropriate action for resolutionMaintain accurate records and documentation of changes to account information through the CCTS databaseFollow all current departmental procedures, processes and methodologiesMaintain knowledge and awareness of all company policies and proceduresEscalate any unresolved customer concerns / complaints to the ManagerAssist on special projects as assigned by the Manager; Other duties as requiredWhat We’re Looking For:College DiplomaMinimum 2 years of relevant Customer Service / Call Center experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and FrenchExceptional customer service skills with a strong ” Customer first”attitudeExcellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skillsStrong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work under pressureDisplay initiative in handling problems, be a team player and support changesDisplay high ethics, character and commitment to business policies and decisionsBasic knowledge of MS Word and MS ExcelFamiliarity with Canon Commercial and Consumer product lines an assetMust be available for the evening shift when necessary (on rotation)IND1Come and join our team and reap the rewards as we work to take Canon to the next level!We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, exceptional growth potential and stability, all within a casual and professional work environment.While we appreciate all applicant submissions, only those considered to be most qualified will be contacted for further assessment.Canon Canada Inc.
