Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Share this Job Date: Aug 23, 2022 The Inside Sales Administrator will act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems our customer accounts might face by liaising with cross functional areas.

They will act as an advocate for both the customer as well as for Bunge, ensuring that our customer’s needs are handled in an efficient and profitable fashion.

They will provide excellent service standards, respond efficiently and effectively to customer inquiries, and maintaining unequaled customer experience.

Responsibilities: Develop an understanding of the internal workings of a top tier B2B company through supporting cross functional processes and communication (Field Sales, Marketing, Category Sales Development, Demand Planning, product management Support and/or lead information requests by leveraging customer data to deliver key insights and recommendations Learn the Sales/4P fundamentals by working closely with account managers/representatives on key strategic initiatives Develop a deep understanding of promotional fundamentals through the execution of internal and external processes associated with weekly feature activity Develop fact-based story-telling skills by assisting the customer business team with the development of customer presentations (product launches, business plan/reviews, promotions, merchandising, pricing, etc.) Always maintain a high level of professionalism, creating a connection and developing a rapport with every customer to provide outstanding, personal service.

Work with Salesforce CRM to manage the customer buying journey in support of the seller, director, and customer.

Accurate and timely sales forecasting Travel as necessary to Bunge facilities and customer meetings Requirements: Working toward completion of a University degree in Agriculture, Business, Commerce or Food science Strong computer skills with Microsoft office Great interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written phone/email etiquette skills Attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization, time management and organizational skills.

Strong ability to multitask Positive and professional attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a collaborative manner with cross functional teams Self-reliant, independent; can be quick and decisive, smart and savvy with good ideas and judgment Stable, adaptive, and able to handle a stressful situation with calm and reason.

Flexible, open to change, and can experiment with new solutions to achieve results Familiarity with CBOT exchange and fundamentals of futures and basis trading a plus Experience with SAP, SF.com & Tableau a plus Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with special focus on Excel and Word Able to travel locally to tradeshows or customer visits French language is an asset but not required Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
