Constellation1 is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

You must be able to close sales and meet targets.As theInside Sales Representative, you will preform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, interact professionally with other employees, managers and vendors, and work independently while understanding the necessity of communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.Job Responsibilities: Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations / proposals.Develop and execute an approved quarterly business planCommunicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.Keeping up with product and service information and updates.Creating and maintaining a Sales Force database of current and potential customers.Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.Staying informed about competing products and services.Upselling products and services.Closing sales and achieving sales targets.Required Skills:Passion for finding and identifying those who “want to learn more” about our products and services a true hunterAble to work well in a Team environmentResults-driven self-starter who is persistent and highly motivated to generate leads and increase earnings despite rejectionProficient with web-based software and technologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.Com.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask provide exceptional follow up.Exceptional customer service skills.Strong listening and sales skills.Qualifications [Minimum required Education and Experience]College or University degree2 years of selling B2B software, with a quotaReal Estate Software industry preferred
