Position Description Provide sales and customer service to our walk-in customers, as well as provide back-up phone support.

Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, and an eagerness to learn the business and make the sales Knowledge of the industry is an asset.

Process orders via our software.

Provide guidance to our customers on product requirements/applications.

Back up assistance for inside sales department with overflow calls.

Gain knowledge of the products we distribute and learn how/when to apply them.

Assist with merchandising and product displays and ensure our sales floor is stocked and presentable at all times.

Aptitude to familiarize yourself with industry knowledge/technology.

Maintain your open order and quote reports as well as provide information and feedback when requested.

Maintain our “will call” shelf and printed pick tickets.

Participate in our ”outbound” call program when requested.

Attend our weekly sales meetings when they are scheduled.

Performed all the operational tasks required at the counter.

Provide market feedback to management when required.

Gain a strong understanding of our industry, our products, market trends, and technology.

Take ownership of advertising Security Branch events, product displays, and merchandising of products.

Job Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role, preferred Experiencing in Audio Visual, network and security sales, preferred Excellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, required Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (e.g.

Excel, Word, Outlook), required A confident and determined approach to learning new sales methodologies and technologies.
