Credit Representative – 12 MTH Contract

As the Credit Representative you will be responsible for managing an account portfolio, while ensuring prompt collection of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities 

• Liaise with customers to collect outstanding receivables
• Investigate customer chargebacks and liaise with business administration, sales, and customers to ensure prompt resolution
• Reconcile assigned portfolio accounts and process customer credit card payments
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding accounts
• Liaise with Sale and Service Administration regarding contract changes
• Prepare third party packages for referral and bad debt write-offs
• Prepare ad hoc reports

To Succeed, You Will Have

• Post secondary education in Business or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong time management/multi-tasking skills
• Ability to analyze and assess customer inquiries and direct customers to appropriate departments
• Good computer and technical skills – Microsoft Office proficiency with a focus on Excel
• French is an asset
