· Represent our company’s products and service, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with client research to identify how our solutions meet needs weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
· Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
· Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
· Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
· Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentationJob Specification
· 2-3 years’ direct or inside sales experience
· 2-3 years’ retail experience a plus or customer service
· Excellent ability to communicate in writing or verbally
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
· Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
· Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events
· Have a valid Canadian driver license and vehicle
· Have a valid Canadian passportPreferred Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, communication or another field
· Any Dental Experience will be an advantage
· Proven success rate at levels above quotas

Company Mileage Reimbursement Rates Employees will entitled to collect 0.55/km excluding commute *2.

Weekend work Employees will entitled to choose either a Paid Banked (In-lieu) or Over Time Paid *Employees who completes full weekend attendance will be eligible to work from home on Monday which is paid day4.

Vacation entitlement year Employees with less than five years of employment are entitled to two weeks of vacation time a year.

Employees with five or more years of employment are entitled to three weeks of vacation time (Depending on title and position, vacation entitlement will be varying)5.

Un-used Vacation – Employees will be entitled to collect either reimburse or carry over to following year6.
