With all-round and generalistic expertise, the position supports and coordinates for and between interfaces of the HORSCH Team and their customers.Job Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned Marketing and sales support tasksGeneral Marketing activities and brochure managementManagement of a social media strategy and maintaining company websitesManaging of commercial sales process: order input, collaboration on logistics, delivery notesCollaboration with customs broker on import and logistics of machines and partsNew dealer onboarding All round interface between sales team, dealers, ERP and headquartersHR and administrative tasksManaging of recruiting process:Job descriptions and postings, applications etc.Assistance to the team incl.

travel, phones, car matters, onboardingExecution of a variety of accounting tasksInvoice creation, approvals, and recordingsAccounts managementSupport of financial or accounting records
·May handle and process highly confidential information.Qualification Requirements:College degree in a commercial field (administration, marketing, accounting, logistics etc.) or equivalent experienceMinimum of three years of marketing support, logistics and/or accounting experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquetteMotivated, self-starter, able to work independently/Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignmentsStrong service focused orientation
·Thoroughness with strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple inquires simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detailAnalytical and problem-solving skills requiredProficient with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must-haveFluent in French (spoken and written) is a strong assetKnowledge in SAP or ERP entries is an asset.Compensation:This is a salary paid position based on experience and education.
