What will your typical day look like?

The RFP Specialist will support Public Sector sales efforts across our strategic client accounts from coast to coast, acting as an integral member of the account and sales teams.

The RFP Specialist will work with a variety of Public Sector practitioners on RFx from healthcare to finance to infrastructure to cannabis and all things in between.

The sky’s the limit here at Deloitte Responsibilities will include: Source tenders (RFPs) via a variety of portals (eg Ariba, Biddingo, Bonfire, MERX, SEAO) Distribute tender documents efficiently and in a timely manner Interpret RFP sourcing documents with high attention to detail Regularly interact with account team members to understand status of sales pursuits Assist practitioners with proposal submission through a variety of portals Proactively handle queries from practitioners and clients’ procurement staff Find creative operational efficiencies, particularly through leveraging the use of technology (AI and robotics) About the team The National Sales Office (NSO) brings together sales professionals from across the firm to create one, united sales team.

Together, we lead the firm on sales governance, innovation and support.

The RFP team are a cohesive unit within the NSO.

We are subject matter experts in public sector tendering and RFPs, and we are continually finding ways to leverage AI and robotics for business improvement.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone who has: A minimum two years of public sector tendering and/or RFP experience (preferably at a professional services firm) A high degree of interest in public sector and procurement governance Possession of Government of Canada Secret Clearance security level, or ability to pass upon employment High level of interest in leveraging technology for business improvement A high degree of problem-solving skills in a rapidly changing and deadline driven environment Excellent communication and client service skills to manage both internal and external clients Ability to analyze information and present it in a meaningful and concise way A very strong attention to detail Bilingual (French and English) an asset Competency in Microsoft Office applications Why Deloitte?
