****This role can be based in Mississauga, Burlington, Kitchener, Waterloo or London***** Solutions Sales ExecutiveThe Solutions Sales Executive has an understanding of the entire Ricoh portfolio of products and services in order to competently differentiate the solutions for the customer.

This sales professional has a designated list of large commercial business accounts.

The primary focus is to retain and expand sales revenue in assigned account base as well as drive new market share.RESPONSIBILITIES:New business prospecting and development, including cold calling; scheduling and conducting client introductions, face to face client meetingsPreparing presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions designed to lead and create the Request for Proposal (RFPs)Protect existing account base and increase revenue and profitability within the accountContinuously maintaining sustained sales activities within all accountsReviews sales leads, pending orders and lease upgrades, developing action plans to progress each cycleMeets or exceeds revenue and gross profit expectationsUtilizes sales database, salesforce.Com to ensure information is updated daily on accounts in pipeline, maintain a record of all activities inside of each account and identifies competitive information on accountsMaintains knowledge of Managed Document Services (MDS) value proposition including; software applications, managed services and features and benefits of all models of equipment offeredAttend training and associated workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay abreast of company products, services and pricing as well as familiarity with competitor products and pricingEstablishes relationships with current and prospective customers through a variety of selling techniquesCommitment to professional developmentREQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION: Post secondary education, preferably in Business or MarketingQUALIFICATIONS:EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years sales experience in the technology field and proven track record in successfully building customer relationshipsSignificant experience selling to mid-large size commercial accounts Possess strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision makers through demonstrated business acumenProven track record of managing projects and successfully implementing and managing formal quality processes in projectsKnowledge and understanding of IT networks, IT security business continuity planning, disaster recovery planning, IT outsourcing, and supportThe ability to comprehend and then articulate technical jargon in easily understood termsA positive outlook with client and team success as the ultimate goalOTHER:Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (and auto insurance coverage per Ricoh’s policy)Why Ricoh?Meaningful Employee WellnessWe are committed to providing you with a safe, healthy, and supporting work environment that helps you to achieve your every single day goals both at work and at home.
