As a Combined Insurance Independent Sales Leader, you will work in a remote environment (virtual / telephonic or on the road). You will be responsible for, recruiting, training, and leading a team of sales representatives.

• work well independently as well as in a team environment
• ability to mentor and manage a team of licensed Independent Contractors
• be sales oriented
• have or be willing to obtain required insurance license(s)
• comply with federal and provincial laws and regulations
