They have been recognized for their unique value proposition and have won multiple industry awardsAs they continue to grow in their success, they are looking for a VP of Customer Experience to lead their dynamic Customer Success team.Responsibilities Help foster a trusted advisor approach to the CS team’s relationships with the company’s customers and help them drive digital adoption with their employees and customers through the company’s platform Oversee the CS team in and provide executive input towards the strategic planning process, management and measurement of the success of customers through Quarterly Business Reviews, and understanding of their customers’ strategic and innovation objectives > be involved in C level meetings with customers Work alongside the CEO to continue to develop and execute on the strategic vision of the overall CS process Build on existing playbooks, templates and additional resources for the CS team About YouMUST have 5 years of client management experience at a software company (preferably in a professional services environment), working in a high touch model servicing financial institutions.

MUST have significant experience working with C level executives in the banking space, and navigating vast organizations with multiple stakeholders in multiple departments MUST have 3 years of people management experience Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models Team player, that is human first and strives to develop win-win situations for customers and colleagues What’s in it for you?
