Senior Sales Operations Analyst

The gig.
As the Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Q4, you will be integral in building out the reporting function at the company & owning key sales operations initiatives.  This will include defining & owning a reporting cadence to ensure insights are provided to all stakeholders in the revenue organization. You will also help lead & support key sales operations initiatives. You will work closely with with sales leadership and a variety of different roles across sales, marketing, customer experience, business operations, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of sales operations reporting infrastructure that supports sales reps, sales leadership, and the executive team
  • Oversee our data management & audit strategy to ensure accurate information in our CRM (Salesforce) – this will include foundational data clean-up projects
  • Create reporting schedule to routinely provide KPIs to sales reps, BDRs, sales leadership, and executives
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement with sales management and sales process quality
  • Support extensive GTM planning process and strategic initiatives through capacity planning, productivity review, market segmentation, territory carving, quota/incentive design, and more
  • Primary point of contact for ad hoc reports to support business decisions for sales leadership, product marketing, and the executive team 


  • 3-5 years experience in sales operations, including ad-hoc data extractions & data integrations
  • Minimum 3 years experience working with Salesforce
  • Self-starter attitude with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including experience building out complex models/data analysis
  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python/R, and/or SQL (or similar analytical packages) a plus
