Profile: Our client is a well-established company that sells cutting tools to distributors across Canada and is looking for a technical sales rep.

ideally the person we seek is technical in nature and has a track record of meeting sales quotas.

You will be expected to sell to distributors but also drive end user business to those distributors.

The person we seek is strong in territory management, is organized and can maintain a healthy level of activities within their territory.

Territory: Province of Quebec but mainly Montreal and Quebec city Workplace: Home Office Products/Services: Cutting tools Salary: Base $55,000-$70,000 Commissions/Bonus: $20,000 commissions Car allowance: company car or car allowance Expenses reimbursement: All travel related expenses reimbursed Other Benefits: Full medical and dental benefits paid for my company Matching funds RRSP All sales tools provided Upward mobility possible as team is growing Functions: Sell company products to distributors Find new distributors and end-user clients Cross-sell into assigned base of customers Follow up on client orders with existing clients Plan days in advance to scout new business Log sales activities daily into CRM Adjust pricing to make our product more competitive, where needed Use CRM to track orders Remain results driven, action-oriented and accountable to meet and exceed growth goals Act as an ambassador within the province of Quebec.
