UPS: Account Executive


This is a Full-time position in Kitchener, ON posted September 11, 2020.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Key Account Executive (KAE) is responsible for all Business Developmoent activities concerning small to medium accounts.

The KAE may also service a large customer due to logistical reasons.

The KAE identifies volume and sales opportunities, reviews new and current services, resolves claims and service challenges and conveys information regarding the marketplace, competition and customer needs to the Area Sales Manager.

The KAE is responsible for achieving aggressive conversion and penetration of revenue goals.

She/he will report directly to the Area Sales Manager.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESVolume and revenue development through customer visits and contacts by phoneFollow up on sales leads through employee/phone centreHandle multiple responsibilitiesAbility to work flexible hours (longer hours when required) EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCEPost secondary education and/or3 years’ related experience in customer service or an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceExcellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle stressful situations and a high volume of workGood time management skills and attention to detailStrong customer service orientation
