We are looking for a motivated individual who loves to work outdoors to join our professional team as a Yard Coordinator/ Labourer at our Aerial Equipment Division in Scarborough, ON.

What You’ll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash/Clean equipment.
• Organize equipment in the yard.
• Maintain clean physical facilities.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment.
• Check equipment for damage upon return, report damage and fill out service tags for all returned equipment.
• Always willing to offer a helping hand with your co-workers.
• Assist with deliveries as needed.
• Adhere to all company health and safety policies.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid G driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points) is an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Self-starter, very customer-service oriented and works well in a team environment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Comfortable with computers (for filling out inspections, inventory management, etc.)
• Must be able to lift up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors.
• Available to work overtime and weekend availability.
• Flexibility; must be comfortable with adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.
• Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as with a team.
• Pride in what you do!
