In April 2020, we became part of Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.Your responsibilities :Support the deployment of all necessary meetings such as PRM / Finance review to ensure entire program activities coverage allowing the availability of Aircraft function status, on a periodic basis or upon request.Ensure all necessary information to be made available to program director, allowing decision making, risk analysis, and anticipating escalations or issuesIn full coordination with all program stakeholders, ensure the preparation of theprogram dashboard and planning.develop, harmonize, maintain and updateAccompany/support operational team in this direction.Ensure performance deployment through systematic data analysis versus all program targets, identify shortfall and risk on all program axisStructure data collection and implement the necessary set ofKPI, across program organization, to measure the program progress.

Liaise with JV reports and ensure the right level of information being made available in due time for all levels of the organization including JV.Be the first level of data analysisData collection automation from various contributors.

.Ensure the consistency of information, drive for harmonization and systematic data analysis.Make the data accessible at any time by all necessary stakeholdersDrive for program operational andfinancial performance.

Ensure financial follow-up in close coordination with Operations and Finance.ProposeElectronic board and control room mock-upby and start its deployment.As our ideal candidate,You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or another related fieldYou have theoretical and practical project management knowledge, PMP certification is a plus.You ideally have at least 8 year of experience, with 3-5 years’ experience in aerospace.You have a solid understanding of the Information Management organization with a broad knowledge of the integration phase.You have knowledge in Program or Project Management, in ERP and/or PLMYou have the ability to set new standards and work across barriers/silos for a collective success.You master problem solving capabilities to create simple and effective actions plans.You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in French & English.You are analytical with strong organizational skills.You have initiative and communicative abilities.
