There’s no limit to what you can accomplish here.As Provider Operations Manager you will be responsible for the management of SaaS & IaaS provider programs.You will manage a network of SaaS & IaaS providers, interact with senior leadership as well as cross functional teams.

You are a strong team player and have a reputation for integrity, accountability and ownership.What You’ll Do And How You’ll Make An Impact Build and customize a provider onboarding experience and process from beginning to end Understand product skews and how to keep them updated Develop plans, programs and strategies for provider partners that contribute to achieving the company’s sales goals.

Manage provider partner expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Define and manage segmentation programs and processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.

Work cross functionally to onboard providers and enable GTM strategies.

Provide detailed and accurate sales reporting for leadership.

Optimize and streamline provider management operations, through the introduction of technology and marketplace self-service.

Monitor provider sales activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions.

Manage provider contracts.

Operationalize and standardize provider management processes with cross functional teams.

Manage SaaS & IaaS provider management activities.

What You’ll Need/Assets 5-7+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related field and Bachelor’s Degree required.

Successful experience building a provider segmentation strategy and provider program.

Successful experience selling technology solutions through channel sales partners.

Successful experience monitoring and evaluating provider activity and achieving performance expectations.

Experience managing key provider relationships.

Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage tasks, pipeline, etc.

Strong working knowledge of Google and Microsoft productivity tools.

Successful experience sourcing and on-boarding provider partners.

Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership.
