We are here to bring disruptive solutions to our industry and help save our Planet!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic, self-driven and passionate Worldwide Sales Manager to develop the market of the company’s product.

Determine business priorities and strategy and will be responsible for executing business plans.This job will be mostly done remotely.

Your ideal location is either Montreal, QC or Toronto, ON.Responsibilities:Market Development> Develop and implement effective sales strategies; > Performresearch and identify new potential dealers and new market opportunities; > Conductnegotiations for new contracts; > Attend worldwide Trade show; > Conclude nationwide sales agreement.Globally responsible for the Company’s performance.Develop marketing and sales plans with the President to achieve goals objectives and strategies of the Company.Prepare, supervise, and review the sales and marketing budget/forecasts.Analyze sales and marketing results and develop strategic improvement plans.Evaluate opportunities through appropriate research.Be a driving force for the company’s overall performance and image.Skills :Knowledge and network in Plastics industry or in the industries using plastics products (e.G.

Food).Experienced Sales and marketing leader (min 5 years).English-speaker or Bilingual En/Fr.Skills in strategy, business planning and analysis.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Problem solving and decision-making skills as well as negotiation skills.Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitudeAdaptability and strong advocate for progress.Strategic, sales driven and passionate proactive leadership, fighter and energetic.Other:Remote work.Ideal Candidate Locations: Montreal, TorontoBe willing to travel according to the business needs.Knowledge of the plastics, packaging, food sector an asset.Salary according to experience.
