We are looking for a high-achieving, strategic, and results-oriented B2B sales manager, known internally as a Client Solutions Manager, who can provide inspiring leadership, implement best practices, drive results for clients, and grow revenue and market share.

This position will be based out of Halifax with a primary focus on the local products and market.

This individual is an experienced professional who is tasked with ensuring that sales plans, required opportunities and activities, as well as targeted revenue goals are all achieved by the Client Solutions team.

If you share these values, come join our team Essential Duties and Responsibilities of this Position (include but are not limited to):
· Provide daily management, leadership, guidance and ongoing motivation to a group of consultants focused on account management and business development providing 360 degree marketing solutions;
· Oversee, evaluate and monitor the activities and performance of the Client Solutions team, ensuring that all Client Solutions Specialists are meeting or over achieving on activity and revenue targets;
· Work with the consultants, product specialists and Marketing Solutions team to develop creative solutions tailored to clients’ needs as well as overcoming barriers within their territories – including structuring deals, accessing senior decision makers, providing guidance on issue resolution, etc.;
· Work with Director, Client Solutions on development of departmental and individual revenue targets;
· Onboard and train new Client Solutions Consultants in collaboration with other team members;
· Utilize the SaltWire Play Book and instruction from the Director, Client Solutions.

Minimum Qualifications for Success in this Position:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related degree and/or relevant work experience;
· Eight to ten years sales experience, preferably in a leadership role;
· Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, both written and verbal;
· Ability to build, direct, and manage a B2B sales organization;
· Results oriented
– an individual who consistently exceeds targets and corporate objectives;
· Strong record of success in meeting and exceeding personal and team sales goals.
