(NASDAQ: CIGI; TSX: CIG), a global leader in commercial real estate services with more than 16,000 professionals operating from 502 offices in 67 countries.Responsibilities What you’ll get to do as a Project Manager at Colliers Project Leaders: Planning and coordinating project management activities including financial, planning and contracting aspects Working with a variety of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.

Formulating and managing project plans by defining deliverables, identifying and procuring necessary resources, identifying key milestones, reviewing project progress, and engaging in ongoing risk management Developing and maintaining various systems for the management and control of the project in a manner compatible with client standards, and security protocol for project staff and records management system Integrating Cost and Scheduling expertise throughout the planning and delivery of the work Reviewing and updating project costs Preparing, on a monthly basis, project progress reports on project status, project schedules, project expenditures and impending actions to be undertaken Qualifications What you’ll need to be successful: 4-6 years of experience leading and managing complex real property infrastructure projects At least 2 years of project management experience in tracking and reporting on real property projects within Federal Government, gained within the last 6 years Prior project management experience with projects valued over $50M CAD within a Federal Government organization(s) including program management / project management in the past 12 months A university degree or diploma in engineering, preferably with a background in engineering, architecture or related discipline Strong knowledge of various types of construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, as well as building codes, contract law and relevant legislation Experience overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule and budget Experience working with multi-level schedules, work breakdown structures, budgets, project reports/plans Experience developing the following: Statement of Requirements (SOR), Preliminary Project Plan (PPP), Feasibility Report (FR), Investment Analysis Report (IAR), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Statements of Work (SOW), Evaluation Criteria or Project Management Plan (PMP) Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issues Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills Exceptional business writing ability and previous experience writing business cases considered an asset Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications P.Eng, PMP, OAA designation or other industry recognized credentials are considered assets Must hold or be eligable for Federal Government security clearance at the Reliability Status or Secret level OptionsApply for this job online ApplyShareRefer this job to a friend ReferSorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
