Conexiom: Provisioning Manager


This is a Full-time position in St Jacobs, ON posted January 23, 2021.

With the continued significant growth in Conexiom usage, we are looking to build out our global SaaS Provisioning team.

As the Manager within the Connection Development (Provisioning) team, you will be a leader for our Cloud service, helping to manage a team to build, deploy and maintain our customer solutions.

The successful candidate will be someone with a demonstrated track record of leading, managing, motivating and growing fast-paced teams in a technology environment.

The Connection Development team is responsible for getting Customers up and running on the Conexiom Service and for troubleshooting issues impacting the timely and accurate service delivery they expect.The provisioning environment involves software development but is more closely related to ticket-based or services/support environments.

The Manager, SaaS Provisioning will take over an existing team and have an opportunity to make an immediate and significant contribution to the success of Conexiom by helping to scale the team efficiently, lead career development, and develop processes to meet the growing Customer demand.

Key Qualifications Relevant Post-Secondary degree5-7+ years of corporate experience with 2-3+ years of team managementExperience in a fast-paced team, ideally in a SaaS or ticket-based environmentStrong leadership, team building and management skillsAbility to contribute to departmental vision and goalsStrong track record of executing on the vision and delivering resultsTechnical background in programming, configuration or similarDriven to conquer challenges with a can-do attitudeExcellent communication skills, with a focus on driving a high-performance culture and climateDemonstrated experience in any/all of the following an asset:Managing teams of Managed Services, IT Software Projects, Developer Support or similar7x24x365 SaaS servicesMetrics program development, implementation and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Management of teams with local and international presenceTracking and delivering on team’s performance metricsContributing to the recruiting efforts required to support service demandManaging all aspects of the training programActing as liaison to other Conexiom departmentsActing as escalation point for provisioning and service delivery issuesManaging knowledge transfer, documentation and continuous improvementAbout ConexiomConexiom is a cloud-based sales order automation solution that eliminates manual order processing.
