About the opportunity The Dayforce Wallet and Consumer Services team is the new business unit at Ceridian tasked with growing our business through direct engagement with our end users, the over 6M employees of companies that use the Dayforce HCM platform.

Our first product launched is the game-changing Dayforce Wallet – a debit card and bank account that gives users access to their earned wages on-demand, upending the traditional assumptions about the 2-week pay cycle and giving employees unprecedented control over their financial lives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative, high-growth environment to define the strategic growth and partner strategy for Ceridian’s fintech and gig economy offerings, including the Dayforce Wallet.

In this highly visible role, you will identify new sources of revenue, drive strategic partnerships, be responsible for new market development, create financial models, influence market and customer research, and support strategic program management.
