Efficient in transforming big ideas into realistic actions, this position is responsible for the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of key projects and programs.The position will contribute to the following main objectives:Work with DivaCares partners around the world to raise public and media awareness about the importance and current issues regarding menstrual equity and period poverty; Contribute to best practices in programming to advance menstrual equity, as well as participatory and innovative grant making; and Enhance the visibility of DivaCares activities and results achievedAbout You:You’re bold, brave, and outspoken: You’ve gained experience working in the NGO, charity, or grassroots movement-building space.

We need your creativity to support our digital content team.What We Are Looking for: Degree or Diploma in the field of Sociology, Business, Environmental Science, Communications, or disciplines related to Corporate Social Responsibility3 – 5 years of experience managing a CSR program in a mid to large organization, especially complex multi-organizational coalitions, and networksSetting, managing, and controlling budgets especially related to communications and public engagementExperience working with consultants and partners, both locally and globallyExperience in volunteering locally or abroad, working with or within an NGO, a leadership role is an assetExperience with curriculum creation and educational programmingExpertise writing proposals, grants, communications, plans, impact reportsExperience in basic graphic designExperience working closely with a social media team, PR, and marketing teamsGood knowledge of web communications standards, Google Analytics, and social networks for engagement purposesAbility to work effectively from home/remotelyIn 1 month, you will:be familiar with the DivaCares program, mission, vision and key pillars and brand voicebe familiar with the state of CSR in the menstrual hygiene industry.have developed an understanding of our partnership and donations comfortable processing donation requestsIn 3 months you will:feel comfortable engaging with current and prospective partners on your owncommunicate partnership program needs effectively to social media teams and PR teamscoordinate social media content such as interviews, IG Lives, etc., with confirmed partnershave developed metrics and data analysis for monitoring the DivaCares online spacesbe able to set up and present education sessions on the program and productsIn 6 months you will:be familiar with the current DivaCares strategy and make recommendations on areas for improvementbegin working on the annual budget for next yearbe comfortable representing the company and DivaCares program at events, panel discussions, presentationsAbout Our Hiring ProcessSound interesting?
