With over 200 locations, we are one of the largest suppliers of people solutions in the United States and Canada.What you’ll be responsible for:Driving increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s ambitious growth goals by acquiring new customers.Identifying areas where the Company can increase its footprint.Identifying potential partnerships, opportunities to enhance distribution and open up new markets, and methods to enhance efficiency within our organization.Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans.What you should bring to the table:At least 5 years of experience successfully leading a sales initiative or project.Previous business development experience as an Individual Contributor in one of the following areas:Contract Labor/Staffing Solutions; Managed Service Provider Programs; 3rd Party Logistics or Supply Chain Logistics Distribution.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent financial management skills.Experience working with Senior Management to align sales strategies and solutions.Excellent negotiation skills with a history of successfully pitching for new business.Proven track record of increasing revenue through the generation of leads.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Bi-lingual French/English a plus.Willingness to travel within Canada as necessary.
