for the position of a Regional Manager in Quebec.Eden Park is one of Canada’s top 10 fastest growing companies providing automotive financing programs nationwide.

We build partnerships with authorized independent and franchise automobile dealers to help them grow their businesses and serve their special finance customers.The Regional Manager will be responsible for representing Eden Park Inc.

in developing excellent customer relationships with all new and existing clientele through regular meetings and discussions with our valued dealer partners.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; Managing dealer relationships,generating leads, dealing directly with the owners, finance managers and sales agents of businesses wishing to use our consumer financing programs,ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed, and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will collaborate with their peers, and/or other departments as required.Responsibilities:Maintain a high market profile within the assigned territory by building and maintaining relationships with key dealers, strategic partners and contacts.Penetrate all assigned accounts through face to face meetings, identifying decision makers within targeted leads to generate interest and begin sales process.Grow volume with existing dealer partners while getting new dealers in assigned territory signed up and generating consistent volume.Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.Required Education, Skills and QualificationsFluency in French is a requirement for this positionUniversity Degree/College Diploma considered an assetMinimum 3+ years of experience with hands-on direct sales and relationship managementPrevious experiencein auto financing is requiredComfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing a multitude of tasksDemonstrated ability to convert prospect and close deal to achieve sales quotasAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeStrong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and writtenAbility to multi-task ad meet all assigned deadlines under pressurePrioritization of allocated workflowClear criminal reference checkWorking Conditions:Travel is required for this position.Benefits to commence after 3-month probationary period.We offer a fun, competitive environment with the added opportunity to earn commission on top of your base salary based on monthly targets.Eden Park is an equal opportunity employer; however, only qualifiedapplicants will be contacted.
