The Sr.

Sales & Marketing Manager role is accountable for both Inside Showroom Sales as well as new business development through Affiliated Referral Showroom Partners, Interior Designers, Architects and Custom Builders.

This position is also actively involved in marketing activities of the company by creating brand awareness, particularly in the interior design & construction industry and consulting to a high-end clientele.

Accountabilities: Sales: Manage & Grow Affiliated Partners to create solid flow of daily qualified leads for Sales Consultations into our showroom and outside sales team Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with associations to promote the product Provide Customer Service when necessary for new clients, greeting clients both in person and on the telephone, assisting them with questions they may have and completing follow-up sales calls Liaises with installers, trades and construction people to ensure timeliness and quality are maintained as per customer expectations Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customers’ sales through Salesforce.Com CRM and or other applications Provide Excellence in Customer Service by Problem Solving any customer concerns by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations Reach sales goals by deadlines and execute corrective measure when sales deviate Find prospective customers and new target segment to market product and proactively prospect interior designers, architects and Custom Luxury Builders Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and networking with associations to promote product Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops, reviewing industry publications, establishing personal networks and participating in manufacturing associations Marketing: Create, Develop and Execute along side our marketing agency project blogs, social media posts, photography of completed projects, project offers & presentations and case studies blogs for all media collateral Execute Marketing Strategies to ensure consistent lead generation for showroom with Affiliated Partner showrooms such as Mailing List management, E-mail newsletters, surveys & special offer broad casts Develop & Manage marketing campaigns to drive traffic resulting in increased sales within showroom Interpersonal Skills: Negotiation: Build trust and strong support to push sales forward and develop win/win solutions Relationships Building: Serve honorably and establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally Results Orientation: Ability to focus on desired Sales & Marketing responsibilities as listed above to see to their completion in the most efficient and timely matter Innovation: Displays the ability to think outside of the box in order to develop creative and new solutions and processes that exceed current and future needs of the role and company Customer Service: Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients and partners to exceed their expectations Communication: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective verbal and written communication Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness Integrity: Display honesty and transparency that exhibits the values and mission of European Flooring and Khayeri Curated Flooring Experience, Knowledge & Skills: Degree or Diploma in Design, Communications, Administration or related field Minimum of 3 years’ experience from Canadian Design Sales Industry Advanced skills in MS Office 365 suite (One Note, Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of typical business development processes along with Salesforce.Com Detail oriented and self-directed individual able to meet deadlines A team player that thrives working in a fast-paced environment A positive can-do attitude, a high level of confidence and trustworthy Ability to always be pro-active and solution oriented Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.

The above noted job profile consists of the core accountabilities and expectations European Flooring has of its Showroom Sales & Marketing Manager and role may evolve and expanded in the future.

Full-Time (40 Hours) Working from Castlefield Showroom: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am – 6pm Friday & Saturday 9:30 to 5pm Wednesday & Sunday Off We offer a competitive base salary of 55K to 65K and an attractive commission and bonus structure that Totals on average 70K to 85K depending on performance.
