GHGSAT: Digital Marketing Manager


This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted April 22, 2021.

While our satellites orbit the globe detecting methane emissions, we are looking to transform our digital experience worldwide with your expertise as Digital Marketing Manager.

Working under the supervision of the Marketing Director, you will help GHGSat become the global reference for remote sensing of greenhouse gas (GHG), air quality gas, and other trace gas emissions from any source in the world.

This new position plays a crucial role in building the company’s digital stack foundation, online performance, and lead generation strategy.

From exploiting and optimizing the CRM for lead management, to developing our marketing automation pipeline, and working with sales strategically to execute inbound and outbound campaigns, make the most of your digital expertise within a company recognized a Fast Company World’s Most Innovative Company for 2021.What you’ll do:Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will develop and manage digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and content to generate leads and awareness to support GHGSat’s growth globally.

Improve online lead generation strategies and tactics to support growing international sales groups including manage marketing automation integration in our tech stack.Create and manage marketing automation workflows, tailor campaigns for targeted B2B audiences, including A/B testing programs.

Lead the development, management and execution of email and website landing pages, providing expertise on web best practices (SEO/SEM), relevant content and brand cohesion.Participate in the multi-channel launch of new products, services, and our next satellites!Responsible for the development, maintenance, and improvements of the corporate website, online content and provide recommendations to improve customer journey.Oversee the online content strategy as well as supervising the execution of paid digital initiatives on platforms including Google AdWords and LinkedIn Ads.Work together with our Communication and Events Specialist on digital events, social media and PR strategy related to B2B market specific campaigns.Interact and/or manage content and digital service providers such as SEO consultants, web design agency, CRM partners, brand strategy agency, translation firm, video production, etc.Maintain performance, measure against objectives, and proactively advise the business to adapt strategy and seize opportunities through analytics and reporting.You will need:Advanced experience with Pardot/SalesforceExperience managing CMSAbility to analyze and report on Google AnalyticsExperience with Google Tag ManagerExperience in implementing SEO/SEM processes and best-practicesCertified Google AdWords Specialist, assetYour Background:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or commerce+5 years experience in digital marketing role, with exposure to media planning and campaign managementB2B Marketing experience, a mustProven track record in managing marketing campaigns: digital, content development, marketing automation, web analytics, etc.Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills in English, fluency in another language is considered an asset (bilingual English and French environment)Demonstrated ability to lead projects and participate in projects with a multidisciplinary team.Deeply collaborative and comfortable in an environment of hyper growthMust be able to obtain government security clearance.GHGSat offers a creative and highly motivating work environment.We offer competitive salaries, health and social benefits including flex-time and continuing development.
