Opportunity with a leading brand in the ITES / BPO space .PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales Hunter in the Contact Center space for the Canadian market .Develop strategic direction and plans to drive sales and growth targets and maintain a strongBPO/Contact Centercustomer experience.Develop long-term plans for sales and customer success in collaboration with Strategy, Marketing and Business Unit leads.

Will monitor plan progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance for dedicated business development associates.Generate large books of business with leading large and small to mid-size healthcare payer companies while maintaining existing client portfolio.Identify and develop new market opportunities for the company’s product portfolio.Manage sales pipeline to ensure accurate and adequate lead inflow to reach targeted sales objectives.Handle special assignments, do in-depth analysis, work closely in concert with all members of the Senior Management Team.MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:Ability to acquire new logos in the contact center vertical across Canada .Distinguished track record of leading go-to-market activities including providing services, marketing and brand management, and sales.Deep and broad understanding of the current and future direction of theBPO/Contact Centerlandscape.Experience in taking new related services to the market.
