· Ensure that all service support serve customers in apositive manner are handled in an efficient, timely and professional manner.

Lead by example and coachstaff the process in the skills of Customer Satisfaction, follow allprocesses and develop new processes as needed
· Assist with responsibilities ofASM in accordance with established procedures and guidelines as required.

Hire, coach, train, andreward employees to advance and achieve department objectives Train associates on jobfunctions and dealership’s policies procedures and monitor performance Assist in development ofpolices and procedures to maintain good personnel conduct Qualifications: A minimum of 3-5 years ofexperience in Service Management within automotive retail is required Experience with PBS isrequired Prior parts experience isan asset Possesses technicaltraining from a technical college, high school co-op program, and/ormanufacturers’ training program.

A candidate who possesses a qualified“Class A” technician certification is considered a strong asset Strong working knowledgewith computers and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) Strong operationalleadership abilities (transparency, reporting, safety first, policy andcompliance adherence etc.) Possesses knowledge ofapplicable local, provincial, and federal regulations and laws pertainingto automotive parts and service Must be able to open andclose repair work orders Excellent communicationskills, interpersonal skills, and strong presentation skills Valid Ontario Driver’sLicense with clean driver’s abstract We thank all applicants fortheir interest in advance, however, only those selected for an interview willbe contacted.
