We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.

This is a key role to ensure our success of our operations within the Winnipeg area.

Requirements What does this all mean?

Oversee our delivery and warehouse teams composed of drivers, Delivery and Warehouse Associates.

(10-15) Develop and coach Delivery Associates on selling activities and customer service best practices.

Ensure that all customers are receiving top level service and that service levels are met.

Supervise warehouse activities and ensure inventory targets are attained (i.e.: inventory values, days of inventory on hand, etc.) Maintain positive staff relations through consistent and effective communication including staff meetings, weekly reviews, and one on one communication.

Make sure relevant administrative procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
