The Opportunity: Our client, anaward-winning, fully integrated real estate company for over 60 years is looking to add a Leasing Sales Manager to their Ottawa Team.

The Sales Manager is responsible for implementing and driving the sales performance and successful lease up for theproject located in the Glebe neighbourhood in Ottawa.This is a 1 year contract including a base salary, great commission potential and benefits.What You’ll Be Doing:Assumes the responsibility for seeking, pursuing and closing sales with new customers; Responsible formarketing, sales and revenue performance for the lease upResponsible for achieving set out marketing, sales and revenue targetsEffectively collaborates with broader teams including marketing and project managers to ensure smooth communication with potential clientsCoordinates all move in activitiesWorks with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing initiatives are successful and driving quality lead trafficProvides quotations on current units availableConducts prospective and outside calls to promote salesConducts site inspections; Contributes to the overall success of sales for the projectOther duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management What You’ll Need to Be Successful: A post-secondary education is required, at eitherthe University or a College level.A minimum of five to ten (5-10) years of relevant work experience in the sales industry with proven lease up experience as an asset.Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), OutlookCommunication (listening, verbal and written)Attention to detailTeam playerDecision makingStrong interpersonal skills
