The Sales Manager will partner with senior leaders across our organization and design strategies to connect with Pharmaceutical, Vitamin, Supplement, Veterinary Health and Wellness and drive revenue growth in our Regulatory Affairs Consulting business.The ideal candidate will bring strong tactical and analytical thinking combined with leadership skills to drive action.

We work with national and international organizations to ensure their products meet Health Canada regulations and uncover a strategic pathway to push new products into the market.Sales Manager SMB & EnterpriseReporting to the VP of Operations, the Sales Manager is responsible for generating leads, identifying opportunities and closing deals in new and established accounts.

Using a healthy combination of their outbound sales skills and strategies, the successful Sales Manager will utilize a consultative selling style to provide prospects with recommendations and insights that will help them navigate regulatory obstacles and get their products approved by Health Canada.This role is a perfect fit for a ” Hunter” someone who will roll up their sleeves and find new opportunities.

Our ideal candidate is someone who will take the lead, do the work, build and develop leads and close sales from start to finish.The Sales Manager will act as a trusted adviser and business partner to Pharmaceutical, Vitamin, Supplement, Veterinary Health and Wellness executives while working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, project management and operations departments internally.

The Sales Manager must be comfortable delivering complex data, adept at prescribing and prioritizing solutions to meet business problems, and needs to be comfortable presenting to Executive level stakeholders.What You Will Be DoingCollaborate with VP of Operations (sales and marketing teams) to generate new leads, develop opportunities and close deals in both new and established accounts.Identify potential prospects to target in order to gain interest in a discovery meeting.Generate leads utilizing a number of strategies including; social media selling, cold calling, webinars, virtual trade shows, networking events and email campaigns.Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner.Articulate and demonstrate how our solutions can address customer needs and help solve their business problem.Utilize a consultative sales style to uncover customer needs and build proposals.Provide strategic advice and recommendations to potential customers based on their initiatives, priorities and budgets.Articulate and demonstrate how our solutions can address customer needs and help solve their business problem.Deliver presentations and sales proposals through Zoom.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the leadership team.Utilize a data-driven approach to sales and pipeline management via CRM.What We are Looking ForA self-motivated, ambitious and creative ” Hunter” with a strong ability to work independently and efficiently manage their assigned responsibilities.Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations.Lead generation expertise Capability to develop relationships, identify needs, define and present solutions.Ability to negotiate customer contracts and generating new sales.A goal-oriented individual who wants to be recognized as a top performer in a demanding environment.Strong presentation, time management and organizational skills.Ability to analyze consumer needs and developing innovative solutions.Strong familiarity with selling consultative solutions and management consulting.Experience with MS Office, CRM, and other sales communication tools.
