Night Shift Production Supervisor

We currently have an opening for a NIGHT SHIFT Production Supervisor. This is a full-time opportunity, and an exciting opportunity to grow and gain experience with The Original Cakerie.

Shift: 8:00pm – 4:30am with some flexibility as required.  

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and direct approximately 40-50 employees on shift
• Responsible and accountable on achieving departmental results on safety, quality, productivity, cost and waste according to targets
• Compliance with BRC & GMP procedures and standards
• Ensure accountability of team leads and line staff to meet safety, quality & operational targets as well as company policies, values & code of conduct
• Provide support and leadership guidance to team leaders
• Training, motivating and developing staff
• Maintaining quality/safety standards
• Ensure process documentation is accurate and timely
• Supporting staff on day-to-day basis for general troubleshooting/problem solving/conflict resolution
• Lead, coordinate and/or participate in continuous improvement activities

Shift Time: 

Supervisor #1

Sunday 9:00pm to 7:30am, Monday 8:00pm to 6:30am, Thursday 8:00pm to 6:30am, Friday 8:00pm to 6:30am, (10.5 hour shifts), with some adjustments due to vacation relief

Supervisor #2

Tuesday 8:00pm to 6:30am, Wednesday 8:00pm to 6:30am, Thursday 10:00pm tot 8:30am, Friday 10:00pm to 8:30am, (10.5 hour shifts), with some adjustments due to vacation relief
