Paymentus: Emv- Program Manager

·Create and implement processes and procedures (new partner launches)
·Clearly communicate and assist internal teams in selling and supporting EMV terminals
·High ability to execute and continually work in a training and development role
·Ability to have a complex payment / hardware / software conversation with Gateway partners and Payments processors.
·Supporting onboarding and implementation teams with proper configurations on the gateway and payment processor as well as Paymentus platforms
·Manage all internal and third-party (gateway) tools
·Work Closely with Sales and Account management teams to understand selling strategies
·Actively work an incoming pipeline of growing EMV demand for our clients
·Understand, communicate, and continue to assist in the evolution of EMV integrations
·Coordinate with Sales leadership and Business Development Executives on facilitation of new EMV requirements
·Manage the early relationship of the gateways to ensure early adoption of EMV hardware/technology
·Provide first level support for customer reported issues
·Procurement and distribution of EMV devices across multiple gateways
·Works closely with finance team on reconciliation
·Set appropriate expectations internally and externallyQualifications
·3+ years of experience as in SMB Merchant Services
·Direct experience in Merchant Sales or Channel Sales for software/hardware resellers
·Direct exposure to leading EMV devices such as Ingenico, Verifone, FirstData, Magtek, PAX
·Ability to manage an active pipeline
·Required knowledge as InterChange Pricing Expert
·Excellent Negotiation Skills
·Excellent people and internal relationship management skills
·Excellent written and oral communications skills
·Self-starter, must be able to work with minimal direction
