Praxair Canada Inc is currently recruiting for a Territory Manager for its Package Gases business.

This position is located in Kitchener, Ontario.The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory of existing & new accounts.

The individual in this position will be accountable for achieving quota by prospecting new customers and growing existing relationships.

Major Responsibilities:Promotes sales and provides account service to assigned and potential customersFocuses on sales quota, new business development & maintaining customer relationshipsContacts existing accounts and cold calls (onsite & phone) potential targetsResponsible for gross profit improvement and securing new businessImproves the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding value propositionsSupports and implements marketing plans, promotions and new product launchesSecures long term relationship by negotiating product supply agreementsResponsible for helping to manage AR in the territoryAccountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing dataMaintain list of target accounts by generates and qualifying new business leadsConducts competitive intelligenceDemonstrates products to new account customers Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years Outside Sales experienceHigh School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferredPrior sales successDefined sales processIndustrial gas experience is preferredWelding experience is preferredOil & Gas industry is a plus Praxair offers qualified Territory Managers a competitive salary, commission, comprehensive flex-benefits plan, a pension plan, company vehicle, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts and much more!
