Premium Account Manager

Premium Account Manager 
Location: Lebanon, NH –  Fredericton, NB
We are looking for an organized and dynamic associate to perform Appcast Premium account management in a client and team supportive role. Appcast Premium Account Managers are responsible for maintaining relationships with Appcast clients, managing their advertising spend, tracking their accounts, and helping them to maneuver and operate through Appcast’s software solutions and managed services offerings. 

  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their requests, complaints, and questions 
  • Resolve customer inquiries by phone, email and live chats with authentic, human understanding 
  • Keep all clients up to date with product enhancements, changes, or technical issues 
  • Track and manage client advertising spend on a daily, weekly and monthly basis 
  • Ensure that customers receive top of the line customer service and are fully satisfied through proactive communication
  • Investigate bugs and technical issues, then work with our Product and development teams to get everything fixed and working properly 
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase brand loyalty 
  • Act as a liaison between our clients and our internal teams to ensure that all product information is relayed accurately 
  • Work with internal partners to drive desired customer KPI’s and outcomes  

Candidate Traits 

  • Has 5+ years’ experience in software customer service or account management 
  • Is tech savvy and has a background in software sales or software management 
  • Has a bottomless well of understanding and patience 
  • Pays strong attention to detail, is extremely organized, and has strong ‘follow-up’ skills 
  • Has a passion for problem-solving, is curious and is good at ‘solving puzzles’
  • Is keen on working in a startup environment, where processes and products are constantly changing and evolving 
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and can relay information in a timely manner 
  • Desires to become knowledgeable about Appcast products and continuing to learn our account management methodology
