Our client is a B2B technology company based in Banbury and is looking to appoint a Product Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team on a full-time permanent basis, you will be responsible for developing effectivemarketingstrategies using a multi-platform approach.

The Product Marketing Manager plays a vital role in the business to help define key market strategies.

Main responsibilities: Define the market strategies, across core markets, new markets & channel opportunities Manage new product launches and associated product strategies to be launched within time, budget and specification Be a subject matter expert in our product portfolio & competitive landscape Manage all internal communications regarding development updates of the product portfolio Market products to support the Account Management team to upsell Liaise with the Customer Success Team regarding the rollout of new products Strategise & execute the marketing road maps for all products, which meet both the market requirements and the short-term project needs Key Skills & Experience : Educated to a degree level in Marketing or an associated subject 2 years of demonstratable experience in a similar role Strong verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal and analytical skills Strong stakeholder management skills Strong leadership and project management capabilities Competent IT skills (MS Office, CRM) Demonstrable managing multiple projects gained within a fast-paced environment Full clean driving licence Enjoys the challenge of a varied role, able to prioritise and has excellent organisational skills Self-starter mentality Additional Information : 37.5 Hour working week, 1 hour lunch break Hybrid working, 3 days in the office 2 days working from home (flexible) Annual leave, 25 days Bank holidays Great benefits package If you would like to apply for this opportunity, please submit an up-to-date CV including details about your current or most recent salary and your availability/notice period.
