Our team is on an exciting journey to unlock the power of our PC Optimum data by building and scaling analytics solutions.

As the Senior Director, PC Optimum Data & Analytics, you work in collaboration with partners in the retail divisions, loyalty, media and marketing to increase member engagement and drive incremental revenue.

Our team designs and builds the analytics solutions, plans and implements our weekly test-and-learn program to guide our roadmap, and partners with the divisions to scale our solutions across the company to maximize impact.

You will build a high-performance culture and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates the team by encouraging an inclusive work environment and communicating our vision, values and business strategy.What You”ll Do:Define and implement the PC Optimum data & analytics roadmap.

The team has accountability for several analytics products in use today that are used to deliver incremental revenue.

The opportunity is to build on the current momentum and scale these solutions to additional high-value use cases.Guide the activities of the PC Optimum Data & Analytics team as well as the broader Customer Data & Insights team including the dedicated loyalty data science team and the PC Optimum technology delivery team.Deliver the Loyalty portfolio key performance indicators, including P&L performance, overall opex/capex, and customer metrics (growth of member base, customer engagement/satisfaction, etc).Work collectively across the Loblaw organization and build partnerships with the retail divisions, loyalty, digital, and marketing to deliver on an integrated Loyalty program that supports long-term platform strategy and near-term retail sales objectives.Provide leadership to ensure an impactful team with appropriate skills and capacity required to enable the organization”s objectives with the goal of enabling customer centric decision making.What You BringTenured experience in business, marketing, math/science, and/or engineering disciplineExperience in strategy and/or product management within loyalty, retail, CPG, or financial institution companyExperience with a loyalty and/or recurring revenue product preferredStrong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive towards data driven decisionsPassionate about loyalty and subscription programs with customer-centric ideasLoblaw is committed to sustainability by sourcing products with integrity and making a positive difference in the community.
