Our client is a manufacturer of consumer goods.

The role of this position will be to increase sales, distribution and product penetration in Canada and possibly internationally.

The Business Development manager will have to maintain an established client base, increase the business volume of these clients and develop new alliances with targeted clients in the territories that will be assigned to you.

The candidate we are looking for has already sold products (food or otherwise) to head offices of grocery stores, hardware stores and department stores.

You know the lingo, have initiated sales and negotiated contracts.
