The company provides e-commerce solutions to small and medium businesses to make the experience for online shoppers to be shorter, faster and more enjoyable.

The Customer Success manager’s will have Saas experience and be responsible forworking with the account executive and clients/merchants.

You will perform demos, identify places for improvement and build a resource library for future use.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires someone who can learn on the fly, be creative, show initiative and be data-driven.
