If you want to put your leadership and HR experience to work in a luxurious industry, we’ve got an opportunity for you.Manager:As our newest Manager, you’ll have three main priorities: leadership, business analytics, and operational support.Leadership – we have a committed and talented staff who will benefit from your leadership. You’ll help them refine how they connect with clients and work together, elevating performance in both service and selling. Your highest impact will come from coaching our staff as a group, one-on-one, and indirectly by example as you interact with clients. When we hire, whether that’s front desk or professional staff, we’ll value any experience you have in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training.  Business analytics – you know how to draw meaning from data. You’ll look into our numbers, and see how we can improve our business. The main lever to pull here is customer service and satisfaction. You’ll use customer satisfaction scorecards in conjunction with internal data, to bring in new business and increase memberships. With demand constantly nearing capacity, you’ll initiate the recruitment process to make sure we don’t fall behind on staffing. Operational support – we always have a senior staff member on duty, and you’ll be joining our other friendly, highly capable senior staff in that rotation. You’ll learn our business, and our team’s strengths and weaknesses. Then you’ll find your place in making things run smoothly.This is a big opportunity for the right person. You’ll work around 40 hours each week, with some variety in the times you’re working. Your salary will be commensurate with experience.
