Duties and Functions* Responsible for the day to day planning, production and scheduling of projects* Responsible for the execution of continuous improvement initiatives for the field* Responsible for fleet and facility maintenance program* Responsible for recruiting and onboarding field staff* Direct staff to operate in safe, efficient and effective manner to ensure that they achieve and exceed their targets* Ensure quality of workmanship is driven in the culture of the crews* Responsible for explaining the vision of the company to the field staff so they understand the importance of their role* Provide administrative support to the sales department as required* Ensure proper training programs are implemented and followed up on* Performance manage employees in the field * Provide hands-on support in the field on construction sites* Taking ownership of the project management and building systems and processes for the success of all stake holders* Providing best management practices to ensure an excellent client experience Qualifications* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* Project Management experience* Post Secondary related education is an asset* Significant experience related to management, operations and leadership* Results driven* Technologically savvy* Experience reading and interpreting financial statements (Budgets & P&Ls)* Experience leading multiple teams and projects that occur off site* At least 1-year experience working within the construction industry* Mechanically inclined, with some experience in hands-on equipment repair and troubleshooting* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills Familiarity with design and execution of fleet maintenance programs* Willing to work towards obtaining an AZ license Notes:* Full time* 55 Hours per week (construction season)* 40 Hours per week (winter schedule)
