The NAS platform provides a customizable solution that integrates lender specific business rules throughout the valuation process creating a consistent application of lending criteria that simplifies processes for Lenders, Insurers, and Mortgage Professionals.RELNKS, our latest product offering, provides an end-to-end solution encompassing the products and services required at every stage of the mortgage and home purchase process.

The RELNKS centralized electronic resource results in a seamless platform serving consumers, lenders, realtors, mortgage brokers and other industry professionals.Position Summary Reporting to the EVP Sales, team members are responsible for driving new client acquisition in within their assigned product line and client groups.

The overall objective of this position is to ensure products are well positioned in the marketplace through a focused sales program in target markets.Success within the sales team is measured through new client acquisitions and revenue generation.

We are presently searching for a Quebec based team member to join our growing team.The successful candidate will specialize in the complete suite of products offered by the organization.

Some travel within North America will be required.RESPONSIBILITIESActively prospect to build client base and establish brand presence.Develop business plans, sales strategies, forecasts and tactics to meet corporate sales goals, including new client growth and existing client expansion and retention.Identify, develop and act on business development opportunities.Lead sales efforts as a product expert and ambassador.Conduct product demonstrations and face to face meetings with prospects and existing clients.Act as a primary point of contact when onboarding new clients.As an industry expert, provide ongoing industry trend reporting and analysis.Assist with organizing meetings and events.Create sales and marketing documents and assist with proposals.Generate reports related to sales activities and revenue data.Attend and participate in various sales team and client meetings.Represent the company at tradeshows and other business events.Foster an environment where innovation and thought leadership are integrated into the services provided to clients.Other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS10+ years related experience with business development within the banking or real estate appraisal business.

Mortgage processing or mortgage insurance industry experience will be considered an asset.University degree in business management.Able to demonstrate previous success and experience selling software as a service within the financial services sector.Proven track record of outstanding leadership in customer-centric, high-volume, demanding environment.Driver’s license with access to personal vehicle.Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Fluently bilingual in French and English.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong solutions orientation with solid problem-solving skills.Effective presentation skills.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Strong analytically and creatively.The ability to conduct and facilitate onsite client meetings and product demonstrations.Must be comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.Reliable with strong initiative and self-motivation.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proficient computer skills including competency with MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook and CRM tools.We are committed to providing persons with disabilities equal opportunities regarding all employment activities, including access to jobs and accommodations during employment as required, in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
