Our competitive advantage is, and always will be, our people.Position Summary:Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for accelerating our Sales team with the tools, data, skills and processes they need to be successful.

Working closely with the broader sales leadership team and stakeholders from across the business, you will be responsible for business process transformation, systems design, and sales enablement for our revenue-generating teams.

This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a brand new role for a quickly growing sales organization.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Managing, mentoring and developing Trulioo’s Revenue Operations team.

The Revenue Operations team includes Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and Sales EngineersMaking recommendations on how to optimize our revenue performance while reducing our CAC through analyzing our data and best practicesProviding reports and dashboards that are critical to the management of the teamBuilding trust with stakeholders across the companyManaging a Revenue Operations roadmap to support quarterly objectives and the company annual strategic planReviewing compensation plans to ensure they align with the team goals based on position typeContributing to a data-driven culture by providing insights to support new initiatives and solve problemsAccelerating our performance and revenue growth by enabling our sales team to work more efficiently, provide forecasting and proactively making recommendations to amplify the success of the teamCreating an education program for onboarding and continuous learning for the Sales team through supporting the Sales Enablement ManagerUsing tools such as Confluence to build out a documentation hub for self serve knowledge accessLeading the Sales Engineers who support the Sales team on pre-sales, product knowledge and help our customers trial our productsKey/Technical Skills:Substantial experience with SalesForce and other Sales and Business Intelligence toolsProven ability of leading and developing a successful Revenue Operations teamStrong leader and inspiring leader who can manage different operational areas on the Sales teamLead or been responsible for training of sales teams in the areas of new hire onboarding, sales skills and product skillsData-driven, curious and passionate about building data-driven organizationsAn analytical thinker and creative problem solverEducation and Experience:5 years experience as a Revenue Operations leader, preferably in a high-growth technology or SaaS platformWorking at TruliooA great place to work Trulioo offers a fast-paced, dynamic, inclusive work environment where all employees have an impact.
