Vazir Group: Business Development Manager

This is a Full-time position in Sentinel Hill, BC posted January 22, 2021.

KEY REQUIREMENTS : CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY RESPONSABILITIES The Business Development Manager will be looking strategically at developing a medium to long term business opportunities with the Business Directors.

Prospecting and assessing new and current markets for potential new applications and segments for development.

Preferable from an immigration back ground.

Acquisition of employment based immigrant visa.

Acquisition of foreign citizenship, immigration, Public Relations etc.

Assesses potential, researches, analyzes and reports industry trends and data that impact business’ volume, margins, utilization, and market share.

Assesses Vazir consultancy strengths and weaknesses relative to the market needs to determine business opportunities for growth in current fields and expansion into new markets; Develops and assesses business opportunity.

Evaluates product against market opportunities/challenges; Develops business cases including strategic rationale, fit and overall business plan and current asset base, financial returns, risk and mitigations, timeline, resources needed.

Develops and delivers a business plan for specific market opportunity.

Critically reviews progress against plan to continuously assess commercial potential, making adjustments as necessary in order to assure acceptable profitability; Identifies anddevelops potential internal and external strategic partners in development of these opportunities and provides project leadership in the development and implementation of plans and strategies to ensure successful introduction of applications & products.

Determines, assesses, and understands the tradeoffs of various approaches.

Communicates status of projects and identifies / leverages appropriate internal resources; Collects/analyzes market and/or customer validation data that can support decisions regarding continuation or withdrawal from specific opportunities or ventures.

Supports negotiations of key terms with third parties; Develops volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans strategies for achieving desired results; Drive overall portfolio profitability and focus on where Vazir Consultancy can differentiate itself at the interface with the customer; Supports commercial negotiations with new and existing customers; Educates customers on new products and product enhancements; articulates and presents product features and benefits; Supports marketing strategy initiatives in line with the opportunities identified, in line with business development strategy defined and developed for the various segments and applications.

Requirements Traveling is an integral part of the job requirement and the Candidate is required to travel within Canada 3 weeks in a month forbusiness opportunities and growth in current fields /expansion into new markets,and 1 week in office to drive overall portfolio profitability and focus on where Vazir Consultancy can differentiate itself at the interface with the customer Candidate needs to have their own vehicle.

Strong knowledge of regional / global upstream drilling & completion markets and key people.

Knowledgeable of the markets and applications in which our products add value, and able to effectively capture the value; Ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers to enable execution of Cabot’s strategic goals; seeing the management of the overall customer relationship as a key component of the role; Knowledgeable about Vazir Consultancy’s technical capabilities, the applications in which they perform and how they complement performance in the customers’ applications.

Ability to visualize and follow through on ideas and concepts.

Displays entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to explore new ideas; Takes ownership and responsibility for achieving a desired result.

Planning, organizing, prioritizing and monitoring to ensure the attainment of business objectives.

Follow through; project management and execution skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with others QUALIFICATIONS
· Must be fluent in English and have good communication skills.

· Should be flexible and have a pleasing personality.

· Should be confident and willing to take initiative.

·Graduate / Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
